- Hand wash and dry. A thorough hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo, followed by a careful dry.

- Interior refresh. Vacuum, dashboard and plastics wipe-down, and interior glass on full valets, plus seat shampooing and leather conditioning where included.
- Finishing touches. Tyre dressing and an air freshener complete the valet, leaving the car clean inside and out.
- Snow foam pre-wash. Thick foam clings to dirt and lubricates the surface before any contact wash, reducing the risk of marks.
